Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take? Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally? At this time we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future!
Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to make changes to your order please contact us at support@nightglossautocare.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.

How do I wash my NightGloss microfiber towels and mitt? Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold or warm water. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softener or bleach as these can damage the microfiber fibers. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat, never use high heat as it can melt the fibers.
Can I use these towels on any type of paint finish? Yes! Our microfiber towels and wash mitt are safe for all paint types including gloss, matte, ceramic coated, and wrapped finishes.
What does GSM mean? GSM stands for Grams Per Square Meter, it measures the density and thickness of a towel. The higher the GSM, the more absorbent the towel. Our towels are rated at 1200gsm which is among the highest available for car detailing towels.
How many times can I reuse my NightGloss towels? With proper care our microfiber towels can last hundreds of wash cycles without losing their effectiveness, making them a great long-term investment.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective? If your order arrives damaged or defective please email us at support@nightglossautocare.com with a photo of the item and we'll send a replacement right away, no questions asked.
